Energy Security: Ensuring a Sustainable Energy Future

Due to a number of key speakers being unable to attend the conference on 29 November, Stakeholder Forum regrets to announce that the Energy Security: Ensuring a Sustainable Energy Future has been postponed until spring 2007.

Please look out for further details on this website.

We believe that energy security is one of the most vital challenges facing us today. Energy plays a critical role in our everyday life, underpinning economic, cultural and social activities.

This conference will facilitate a discussion and increase understanding of the issues around energy security, as well as promoting a greater awareness of different government and civil society positions on the issues. It is hoped that informal networks will be formed around the discussions, to ensure that the debate carries on well after the conference finishes and continues to contribute to policy development.

If you are interested in attending this event please leave this date free and look out for further information at .
