- Executive Director
Felix has played a critical role in promoting multi-stakeholder dialogue at the UN. He most recently chaired the 2011 UN Department of Public Information NGO Conference on Sustainable Societies – Responsive Citizens. From 1997 to 2001 he chaired the NGO Coalition on Sustainable Development at the UN.
Dodds is currently a member of the Council of Advisors for the Collaborative Institute for Oceans, Climate and Security and a member of the advisory board for A Instituto Internacional de Derecho y Medio Ambiente, and is a former board member of the Montreal International Forum. He is part of a number of advisory boards for Rio+20, including the global scientists conference in 2012 'Planet Under Pressure', the German Government sponsored conference 'Water, Energy and Food Security Nexus' in the Green Economy and the Government of Abu Dhabi sponsored conference 'Eye on Earth Summit' framework committee and stakeholder advisory committee. He is also a member of the Steering Committee for the Habitat Urban Campaign. He is an occasional writer for the BBC’s web site, and has taken up blogging at international film festivals and twittering.
He facilitated the setting up of the international NGO Coalition for the UN Commission on Sustainable Development and the UN Habitat II Conference. He has been an advisor to the UK and Danish Governments and the European Commission at a number of UN meetings. He has published nine books, the latest of which, edited with the Executive Secretary of the Convention on Biological Diversity Ahmed Djoghlaf, is entitled 'Biodiversity and Ecosystem Insecurity', and the previous one with Tim Pippard, 'Human and Environmental Security' brought out for the World Summit 2005 and was nominated as best environmental book of 2005. Felix has become a regular contributor to the BBC Green Room and other media outlets.

- Senior Policy Advisor
Jan-Gustav Strandenaes had his debut with the UN and the environment in the 1970s through the Stockholm Conference for Environment in 1972 and has stayed with this arena ever since, worked on disseminating information on and teaching about UN issues during the 80s and early 90s, has followed and worked with the UN Commission for Sustainable Development since 1997, when he that year, was a liaison officer between the UN and the NGO community at the UN headquarters in New York. After his first assignments for the UN in Latin America in the 70's, Jan-Gustav has worked and lived in Botswana, Uganda, the US and Sweden in addition to Norway. He has extensive NGO experience developed through three decades in almost all continents in the world, speaks several languages and has lectured and given workshops all over the world on the UN, governance, the environment and sustainable development, evaluated projects and organisations, advised governments on relations with civil society, chaired UN meetings and facilitated UN processes, translated several books from English to Norwegian and authored two books and numerous articles on the environment and sustainable development.
He serves on a global civil society committee for UNEP and is presently the global UN CSD NGO Co-Organising Partner coordinating global NGO input into the UN CSD process and into preparatory process for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development to be organised in 2012 in Brazil. Jan-Gustav joined Stakeholder Forum in London in 2011.While also operating as a free-lance adviser, Jan-Gustav is part time employed by the Brussels-based, international NGO, ANPED, as their Policy Adviser, advices on CSR issues for a private sector think tank in Norway, but works out of his home outside Oslo, Norway, when he is not travelling the world, writing, lecturing or otherwise working abroad on environment, governance and sustainability issues while observing and writing on political behaviour.

- Head of Policy and Advocacy
Before joining Stakeholder Forum in September 2011, Farooq was at the UK Sustainable Development Commission (SDC) for nearly five years. Farooq worked on strategic assessment at the SDC; analysing public policy, sustainable operations and procurement, strategy, governance and decision-making in order to hold the UK Government to account and improve its sustainability performance. Key elements of this work included policy advice, stakeholder engagement and capability building. In all, Farooq has eight years of public sector experience at international, national and local government levels, as well as private sector consultancy experience.
Currently, Farooq is a Specialist Advisor to the UK Parliament's Environmental Audit Committee and a member of the Alliance for Future Generations. Additionally he is a founding member of Brighter Future; a climate-change action group in London.
Farooq holds a BComm in Management Science from the University of Alberta and an MSc in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.

- Senior Project Officer
Before joining Stakeholder Forum in July 2011 Kirsty was a coordinator of the UK Youth Climate Coalition and participated in the UNFCCC negotiations from 2008 -2010. Through this engagement at the UN Kirsty developed the campaign 'how old will you be in 2050?' leading to the online advocacy platform Think2050. She has also worked for WWF, CPRE and the Otesha Project and volunteered for various environmental charities.
More recently, Kirsty coordinated the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change's Youth Advisory Panel which gives young people the opportunity to be actively involved in the Department's decision making processes. Kirsty speaks at a range of conferences and writes on the issue: see her recent publication in Environmental Law and Management developing ideas for how intergenerational equity could be put into practice.
Kirsty is a Council Member of the UK Environmental Law Association, a trustee of the charity the Public Interest Research Centre (PIRC), a Director of the ICE Coalition, and an adviser to the Intergenerational Foundation.

- Senior Project Officer
Jeannet joined Stakeholder Forum in August 2011. She is responsible for researching, conducting policy analysis and convening stakeholder engagement processes. Previously, she has worked as research and outreach coordinator with international NGOs for the Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness in Brussels; and as a researcher on development effectiveness and the accountability of civil society organisations for One World Trust in London. While in Latin America, she worked for academic and development institutions on issues of extractive industries, indigenous peoples and the role of civil society in social change. She holds a BA in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics.

– Project Officer
Georgie joined Stakeholder Forum in October 2011. She is responsible for co-editing the COP17 Outreach magazine and will assist with the upcoming Earth Debates series running in 2012. Previously she lived in Hong Kong for 3 years, working for the Climate Change Business Forum (CCBF). As CCBF's Communications Manager, she co-ordinated two committees, organised the events and campaigns, and designed the various communications tools. During her time with the group, she led the launches of the 'What's Your Story?' campaign, inspiring businesses to share their low-carbon stories, and Hong Kong's first Climate Change Business Survey. Through CCBF, she was fortunate to work with groups such as CPSL, WBCSD, The Climate Group and Civic Exchange. Georgie holds a BA hons in history from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Tom joined Stakeholder Forum in February 2010 and is responsible for front end management and development of Stakeholder Forum's websites. He coordinates Stakeholder Forum's newsletters including online versions of Outreach, social media outputs, including video and podcasts, as well as designing the organisation's publications and reports. Tom has a BA in German from King's College London.

- Project Assistant
Jack joined Stakeholder Forum as an intern in September 2010 before becoming a permanent member of staff in August 2011. He continues to be heavily involved in the organisation and implementation of a wide range of projects, whilst also researching and writing content for various SF publications. Jack graduated with a BA in International Relations & Politics from the University of Sheffield in 2009.

- Finance Director (on maternity leave)
Rosie Bilton graduated with a 2.1 from Edinburgh University in 1999 and worked in a number of media companies including GMTV, Formosa Films, One Eyed Films and Greenlight Movies. She joined Stakeholder Forum in 2007 working part-time on the company finances whilst pursuing film producing on a number of national and international co-productions with her company Enfant Terrible Films. Her first feature film producing credit came in 2008 with a gangster thriller called "Clubbed". Rosie is currently working towards increasing the media projects at Stakeholder Forum particularly on the documentary and radio fronts as well as pursuing her other passion for songwriting.

- Finance Director (maternity cover)
Ajay joined Stakeholder Forum in September 2011 to provide cover for Rosie Bilton who is off on maternity leave until April 2012.
Ajay worked as a Finance Manager for UNA-UK and UNA Trust for eighteen years before becoming a Finance Consultant in April 2011 working for UK National Commission For UNESCO and College of Medicine.
He is vastly experienced in providing accounting & finance services to Charity and NGO sectors.

Andrew Mailing - Consultant
Andrew designed, implemented and supports the IT structure for the organization. Andrew currently runs the IT consultancy, Connectica, which provides services to NGOs and many other clients. Previously Andrew was Head of IT for a central London hospital. Currently he chairs the board for Brighton's community radio station RadioReverb. He has a BA in Economics and is currently studying for an MSc in Climate Change and Policy, both from the University of Sussex

Matthew joined Stakeholder Forum in September 2011 having completed an MA in Environment, Politics and Globalisation at King's College London, and is assisting with website updates, social media and video. Matthew has also previously interned at the UN Environment Program and at ITN in Washington D.C. He completed a BA in Communications from Michigan State University in 2009.

Amy joined Stakeholder Forum in October 2011 and has provided support for several projects, including the work of the Water and Climate Coalition. She is currently conducting an analysis of the Rio+20 zero draft submissions for Global Transition 2012, as well as assisting with the Earth Debates series and Outreach magazine. Amy previously worked at King’s College London and has held voluntary positions at London Sustainability Exchange and the Science Museum. She has a BSc in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of York and an MSc in Global Environmental Change and Policy from Imperial College London.

Based in Washington D.C., Kateryna (Katya) is an expert in multidisciplinary approaches to problem solving in the sustainable use of the marine environment. She has years' experience working with international and domestic ocean policy, sustainable marine resource management, and has written extensively on the impacts of climate change in the ocean and on regional oceans governance. Among other positions, she worked as a Policy Specialist for the National Marine Protected Areas (MPA) Center of the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and as a Consultant for the Global Oceans Forum. Katya holds a Ph.D. in Marine Policy and International Relations from the University of Delaware, and a Master's in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University.

Richard is based in Cape Town, South Africa. He has extensive experience with policy analysis at the global level. He has worked for GLOBE and GEM in South Africa and has often advised the South African Government on governance, climate change and energy issues. Based in New York, Maria has extensive policy analysis, market research and public relations experience on global affairs and sustainability issues. She is a Director in Brunwick Group's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability practice providing senior strategic communications counsel to clients including: PepsiCo, Viacom, Global Fund to Fight AIDS Tuberculosis and Malaria, WWF and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She is also a Senior Research Fellow for the New America Foundation. Previously, she led initiatives on stakeholder involvement at the UN and for grassroots NGOs; as well as directed opinion research programs that guided international political and corporate campaigns at the firm Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates.

Felix has been working in international sustainable development for over twenty years. As a passionate advocate of the principle of stakeholder democracy, he has tirelessly promoted the increased participation of stakeholder and civil society representatives in decision-making forums across the UN system and his achievements include designing multi-stakeholder dialogues, chairing the NGO coalition on sustainable development and the UN Habitat Conference, conducting stakeholder consultations.
