| The Stakeholder Position Papers have been
prepared by each of the named actors within the IAG. They are
a brief summary to an agreed template setting out principal
views and recommendations.
The main purpose of these position papers is to draw out areas
of convergence among stakeholders and, in this sense, these
documents are not official stand alone documentation. This approach
does not however prevent individual stakeholder groups from
advocating positions independently of the MSD process.
The areas of convergence and divergence has been analysed through
a comparitive analysis.
