Analysis of Stakeholder Position Papers is now available as
a working document.
This document has been prepared following a
stakeholder consultation that has attempted to capture some
of the priorities from the perspectives of a wide range of groups.
The summary presented here is based upon the comparative analysis
of 12 detailed Stakeholder Position Papers prepared by members
of an International Advisory Group to an agreed template. The
